Australia was a hot topic of the weekend and of course the LA/NYC staples sprinkled in with new comings and discovering. My favorite of this week of findings was Dunsmoor LA. They’re having an event on August 7th for a 5 course family style dinner from the chefs at Claud.. Claud in NYC is an East Village line out the door , reservation notifications place known for their rotating menu and chocolate devil cake. If I was home I would be sending myself to Dunsmoor but someone else will have!

Umberto A Mare - Fancy Shmancy Seaside restaurant / Michelin star hotel off the coast of Naples in Ischia. The usual go to is Capri for an island stay but this can be ones next gem to explore. They are booked and busy so plan ahead and keep under wraps
London, UK -
The chalk - Very very new elevated pub on kings road in Chelsea with tile and plate fixtures on the wall that I would like to take home and copy
Mykonos, Greece -
Apaggio - Oreos family run local waterfront seafood taverna with the lowest key of all but definitely exactly what you should look for
Sydney, AUS -
Albertos Loungeeee - Really sweet handwritten menus and flatware. Sister to a nearby restaurant (Hubert) but said to have a lighter fresher feel but giving speakeasy
Cafe Paci - Wine bar with small plates and supportive crowd - used to be a pop up and it went so well they extended to a lease
Freds - in Paddington and French farmhouse and chef who used to be at French laundry went here to cook away. Paddington feels like London and this is very farmhouse like
Hubert - Live piano , martinis, French ish vibe kind of seems similar to Minutia Tavern in NYC which I love
Paramount House Hotel - home to poly wine bar, central location and apparently there’s a cinema in the basement. It used to be an actual Paramount Film Studio so carries that scene
Poly - Cutsey wine bar but with a large space and great list. In The Paramount House Hotel in Surey Hills

Wish I was there for the Australia discourse
Looks like we need an LA staycation to start hitting these spots
